Shipping Policy

Shipping and delivery policy:

• Products are shipped securely via top-rated frozen and refrigerated shipping companies.
• Shipping is available to all major cities
• The order is prepared within 2-5 days of receipt and then shipped. It takes 3-8 days to reach the customer (excluding the day of the order and weekend holidays).
• The customer will bear any additional costs in case of entering an incorrect shipping address.
• If the shipment is damaged or arrives incorrectly (for example, incomplete), you must photograph the product within 12 hours of receiving the order and share the image with the store so that the customer can be compensated with a replacement shipment. Otherwise, the store will not bear any costs if we are notified within the specified timeframe.
• The customer is responsible for damage to the shipment if it is not received from the shipping company.
• For shipping to governorates and villages, please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability to your chosen area.
• In case of order modifications or for peak Ramadan season orders, the order may take an additional 5-10 days to prepare, as all orders are prepared fresh.
