Shipping and Delivery Policy:
- Products are shipped securely via the best frozen and refrigerated shipping companies.
- Shipping is available to all major cities.
- The order is prepared within 2-5 days of receipt and is then shipped. It takes 2-5 days to reach the customer.
- The customer will bear any additional costs in case of entering an incorrect shipping address.
- In the event that the shipment is damaged or arrived in an incorrect condition (for example, incomplete), the product must be photographed within 12 hours of receiving the order and shared with the store so that the customer can be compensated with an alternative shipment. Otherwise, the store will not bear any costs if we are not notified within the specified time period.
- The customer is responsible for damage to the shipment if it is not received from the shipping company.
